December in the rearview mirror

Christmas Eve was great this year. We spent the day relaxing at home. We baked cookies, played a bunch and got ready for the next day. We went to the Christmas Eve service at Stonebriar and it was so nice. I definitely think that might be a new tradition for us. Then we came home, had dinner and opened the first present of Christmas- our gifts from Mrs. Claus. For those that don't get things from Mrs. Claus, she usually brings new Christmas PJ's, so that you feel festive (and well dressed) when you wake up Christmas morning. Ashley was very excited about Santa on the outside of her gift box, her new slippers and the snowmen on her new PJ's. (Posing for a picture... not so thrilling)
